7. Affiliate Disclosure

AI Boss Sports may offer a paid premium subscription tier in the future. When available, the following terms will apply:

• Billing: Subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via a secure payment processor

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to subscribers

• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

AI BOSS SPORTS, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data

• Financial losses from gambling or wagering decisions

• Interruption or unavailability of the Service

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AI BOSS SPORTS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
